Fruit of our R&D program in the design methodolgy, our tester SLT3G1 enables HW and FW designers to perform hundreds of Unit Tests based on electrical measurements.


A true production tester made to replace complex test benches and sophisticated production test setups.


SLT3G1 is capable of powering, testing, programming, runing functional tests and datalogging cyclic pre-qualification tests for variety of electronic devices and components.

We started building our PDK in 2011 with a focus on automating Analog IP testing and incorporating live testing and test processing during long IC level simulations.


Our PDK is composed of Ocean/Skill++ analog IP test automation library as well as a set of VerilogA behavioral stimuli and test processing library.


Using our own PDK provides us true capabilities in terms of test coverage for Analog, mixed signal and ASIC level design.

Corporate Level Collaboration Server 


SL3J SYSTEMS hosted a large R&D program since 2013 with the objective of developing a corporate level solution to enable a seamless collaboration between the design engineers and the different contributors in the Silicon IC/IP development process.


The fruit of our R&D program is released in the form of a Corporate Level Design Collaboration Server named  SYNAV™.


SYNAV™ enables design engineers to manage IP objects starting from early phases to latest release and derivation phases:

Our private OS, designed to operate from Flash Memory directly works with reduced RAM resources and perfectly fits very low energy applications.
